- The Prime Minister’s Office is inviting bids from eligible bidders of Mauritian nationals or entities incorporated in Mauritius/opened to local bidders through the Government eProcurement System for Works related to the Removal of Existing Lifts, Supply, Installation, Testing, Commissioning and Maintenance of three (3) new lifts in New Government Centre, Port- Louis.
- Bidding documents may be downloaded from the eProcurement System https://eproc.publicprocurement.govmu.org. Reference Number on the system: PMO/IFB/2020/10.
- A Site Visit followed by a pre-bid meeting have been scheduled for Thursday 10 September 2020 at 10.30 a.m. at the New Government Centre, Port Louis. Due consideration for attendance at pre-bid meeting and site visit will be given during evaluation of bids.
- Bids must be submitted online on the eProcurement System at latest by Wednesday 23 September 2020 at 13.30 hours (local time).
- Bidders who have submitted bids online by the closing date and time shall decrypt and re-encrypt their bids by Friday 25 September 2020 at 13.30 hours (local time).
- Bids will be opened online in the presence of the bidders’ representatives who choose to attend at the address given hereunder by Friday 25 September 2020 at 13.40 hours (local time).
